Client Confidentiality by Design

Michvi protects client identity, implementation evidence, and advisory context as a structural governance principle, not merely as a contractual obligation.

Confidential. Read-only. Independent advisory.

Michvi LLP works with governance realities that may involve sensitive systems, internal digital architectures, operational signals, consent conditions, identity flows, measurement environments, and executive evidence.

These contexts cannot be treated as public marketing material. Client trust depends on the assurance that advisory work will not be converted into public case studies, screenshots, technical artefacts, or identifiable narratives.

Our public research is based on anonymised governance observations, not on disclosed client implementations.

Confidentiality Is Part of the Advisory Model

Michvi is not an implementation agency, software vendor, platform partner, or public benchmarking firm. Our role is independent governance assessment and executive advisory.

That role requires a different confidentiality standard. The value of the work lies in helping organisations understand governance realities without exposing the environments from which those realities were assessed.

We publish governance patterns. We do not publish client systems.

What Michvi Does Not Publish

Confidentiality applies to both advisory engagements and research outputs.

Client Names

Michvi does not publicly identify client organisations unless explicit written authorisation exists.

Implementation Evidence

Screenshots, network traces, data layer samples, source evidence, configurations and internal artefacts are not published.

Internal Architectures

System designs, internal flows, operational dependencies and proprietary architectural context remain confidential.

Identifiable Narratives

Public content avoids details that could reasonably identify an organisation, engagement, environment or internal condition.

What Michvi May Publish

Michvi may publish governance observations that are abstracted, anonymised, and separated from any identifiable client or implementation context.

These observations are expressed at the governance level: the recurring condition, the executive question it creates, and the structural governance lesson it reveals.

Public outputs are written to improve governance understanding, not to describe or expose any specific organisation.

The Confidentiality Model

Advisory evidence is protected; governance intelligence is abstracted.

Evidence Layer

Raw advisory evidence remains confidential and is used only within the authorised engagement context.

Abstraction Layer

Recurring governance conditions are abstracted into organisation-neutral and technology-neutral observations.

Publication Layer

Only anonymised governance observations, concepts, and executive questions may appear in public research outputs.

ZEROLEAK RCA™ methodology and Confidential Research

ZEROLEAK RCA™ methodology is Michvi's internal governance research methodology for transforming recurring implementation realities into anonymised governance observations while preserving client confidentiality.

It does not require public disclosure of client artefacts, network traces, source evidence, vendor configurations, screenshots, or identifiable implementation details.

The purpose is to preserve the governance lesson while protecting the environment from which the lesson was derived.

Why Michvi Uses Case Abstracts Instead of Case Studies

Traditional case studies often depend on naming organisations, showing implementation detail, or presenting before-and-after narratives. That approach is not appropriate for sensitive governance advisory.

Michvi uses governance case abstracts: anonymised descriptions of governance conditions, observed realities, executive questions, and structural lessons.

This allows governance learning to be shared without turning client trust into marketing material.

The Confidentiality Commitment

Michvi does not use client identity as proof of credibility. Credibility is established through governance reasoning, research discipline, advisory independence, and the ability to identify recurring governance realities without compromising those who trust us.

Client confidentiality is not a limitation of the model. It is a condition of serious governance advisory.

Initiate Confidential Governance Dialogue
