Evaluation methodology and analytical depth remain proprietary.
The Engagement Path
- Scoping request
You describe the consequential decision and the evidence involved.
- Scoping conversation
The decision, the evidence, the material journeys and what can be shared without credentials are clarified.
- Written proposal
Scope, price, terms and the independence disclosure, in writing.
- Assessment delivery
Delivered within the period agreed and stated in the statement of work.
- Walkthrough and closure
An executive walkthrough of the findings, and a closure record.
What MICHVI Does Not Do
MICHVI does not operate as an implementation vendor, systems integrator, or platform reseller. Engagements remain advisory-only and structurally independent.
