Basisline includes a simple browser-based interface for creating and reviewing decision records without requiring users to work directly with schemas or structured data files.
The interface is intended as a lightweight public utility and reference experience. It is not a hosted decision engine, enterprise workflow platform, or governance assessment service.

Decision Receipt
Preserves the evidence, assumptions, decision, and relevant context that existed when the decision was made.
Outcome Record
Links a later outcome, review, or learning event to the original decision record without altering the original receipt.
What It Is Not
Basisline is not an analytics platform, CRM, dashboard, cloud service, or AI decision engine. It does not determine whether a decision was correct.
Its purpose is narrower: preserve enough structured evidence to make the basis of a decision more reviewable later.
