Deletion Evidence

You say the data was deleted. What evidence do you have?

Portable records for deletion, data-exit, verification, and exception evidence.

What Deletion Evidence Addresses

A deletion request can touch primary systems, processors, subprocessors, backups, exceptions, legal holds, and later verification steps.

Deletion Evidence provides a portable structure for recording what was requested, what action was taken, the status of that action, and what was later verified or remained exceptional.

Core Public Model

Deletion Evidence Record

Records a deletion or data-exit action, relevant system or processor context, execution status, timestamps, and supporting evidence metadata.

Verification / Exception Record

Links later verification, partial completion, exception, legal hold, failure, or other follow-up state to the original deletion record.

Important Boundary

Record integrity is not proof that every physical copy of data was destroyed.

Deletion Evidence is not a deletion engine, scanner, DLP system, consent platform, legal opinion, audit opinion, or compliance certification.

Project Boundary

Deletion Evidence is an open-source public contribution maintained separately from Michvi LLP's confidential advisory engagements and internal methodologies.
