Evidence Rail

A portable, verifiable record of how a child-safety control was applied and how that decision was later reviewed.

What Evidence Rail Addresses

Child-safety controls may involve policy versions, age states, jurisdictions, triggers, actions, human review, and later outcomes. Those conditions can become difficult to reconstruct after the event.

Evidence Rail provides a portable evidence structure for recording the control event and linking a later review or outcome record to the exact original evidence record.

Core Public Model

Control Evidence Record

Records the relevant control context, policy or version, jurisdiction, trigger, action, evidence metadata, and record integrity information.

Review / Outcome Record

Links later review information and outcome context to the original Control Evidence Record.

Important Boundaries

Evidence Rail does not verify a child's identity or age, perform moderation, monitor parents, or certify regulatory compliance.

The schema does not define fields for child identity or child content.

Project Boundary

Evidence Rail is an open-source public contribution maintained separately from Michvi LLP's confidential advisory engagements and internal methodologies.
